First Election of the Officers for the OpenAgile Board of Directors

We are happy to announce the results of the first election of the officers for the OpenAgile Institute Board of Directors is complete. Until now, the OpenAgile Institute (OpenAgile Centre for Learning - official name) was run by five individuals who founded it without officers. These individuals are: Garry Berteig, Mishkin Berteig, Travis Birch, Paul Heidema and David Parker. During the month of December the election took place through secret email ballot with two tellers: Alan Atlas & David Sabine. Only two positions were asked to be filled by the members of the Board and this was carried out and confirmed by both Alan A. and David S.

Thank you so much to all of the members of the Board and to Alan Atlas and David Sabine for volunteering their time.

We look forward to a great 2012 where we hope to expand those using OpenAgile, the capacity-building levels available and to grow our own understanding to use truthfulness, develop consultative decision-making, and become more systematic in our learning.
