Learning ManifestoThe Purpose of OpenAgile: To create an environment in which people are free to express their true nature and capacities to contribute to the betterment of their organization. Learning Manifesto
I think Trust needs to be part of the foundation. Truthfulness is critical, but unless you have an underlying Trust amongst all participants, you may not be successful.

You are absolutely right that Trust is critical! Trust comes from people being Truthful to each other...
Being Truthful takes courage and/or a safe environment. Which takes Trust :-)
I think it would be great to add Trust to the foundations... how does this sound:
"And in order to do learning with these qualities, we recognize that Truthfulness is the foundation and required for progress and success. Truthfulness helps us build Trust, Courage and a safe environment."
It may not be exactly what you were thinking of, so please feel free to offer an alternative!
