Training: “enrichment” training in related disciplines e.g. Project Management, Coaching, Lean, Six-Sigma, CMM/I, etc.
Writing: a body of written contributions to the OpenAgile Community demonstrating mastery including at least one piece each that can be considered:
- Theory of OpenAgile
- History of OpenAgile
- Practice of OpenAgile
- Criticism of OpenAgile
Experience: five years verifiable experience working with agile methods
Endorsement from two other certified Catalysts
Endorsement of personal integrity from five other people, one from each category:
- family
- friends
- co-workers
- supervisor/manager/boss
- neighbor
Must be a current Catalyst to be eligible
Must mentor other people as they move through the capacity building process
Masters can advance levels based on peer promotion
