OpenAgile Capacity-Building Program

The OpenAgile Recognition Program is designed with a few simple goals in mind. The Recognition Program encompasses individuals, teams and communities as they are building capacity to use the OpenAgile system. The program is used to:
1) Recognize individuals, teams and communities/organizations who have demonstrated capacity in their application of the OpenAgile system. The people who hold these certifications are listed on this site.
2) Create the framework of capacity-building related to the principles and practices of OpenAgile.
3) Embody the principles of OpenAgile in the program itself.

At the individual level, capacities are closely associated with the paths of service that exist in an OpenAgile environment. A high level description of each of the levels can be found in the file OpenAgile Individual Recognition Program Levels.pdf. Please note that the recognition program levels and details are still undergoing development and are subject to change.
