Task Wall Diagram - IdeasHi Champions! David Parker, a fellow OpenAgile Champion sent me a picture of how the OpenAgile Task Wall could look like. Below are two ideas of what the task wall diagram for OpenAgile could look like. --- Diagram #1: Duplicate (more or less) to David's idea
Diagram #2: Modification to David's idea

Task Wall Diagram - Ideas
David, thanks for comming up with these two diagrams.
I prefer the first one because visually it is more appealing to ME.
Task Wall
I like both models. The top model is my preferred one, although the Prioritized Value Drivers should not be aligned with the Types of Tasks. Because each Value Driver could include a variety of Types of Tasks.
Maybe there is another way to represent the Prioritized Value Drivers - maybe a box across the top of the entire model in which the Value Drivers could be noted.
Maybe on each post-it note there is a number that relates to the number of the Value Driver?
Then one could look at the wall, see the type of task and the value driver it relates to!
Otherwise good job on the model.
Task Wall Diagram
I propose the following:
1. The Types of Tasks across the bottom and serve as legend - to save more space.
2. Use the diagram #1 as base
3. The Prioritized Value Drivers on one side and colour coded task across the row.

Complementary Diagrams
I think that the first diagram could be modified so that it shows the whole layout, but only has the Value Drivers. This is the state of things at the start of a cycle. Then the next diagram shows what is going on with the same Value Drivers, but in the middle of the Cycle.
I like both of them from the perspective of color and layout.
