Ten years of hands on experience using agile/lean based processes to achieve cost efficiencies, nimble program adaptations, and shorter project life cycles for Fortune 500 companies and government agencies. I have introduced and managed agile processes on multiple large private sector and public sector programs in both off-shore and on-shore models and experienced the value of using Agile as a process. In orchestrating these implementations, I have been a trainer, a team coach, and Scrum Master. I am expert at collaborating with C level executives in developing organizational strategies for implementing agile based processes, as well as leading the execution of those strategies. Through my skills and extensive experience, I analyze problems from a strategic and tactical view. My leadership, team building and individual people skills allow me to successfully implement even a disruptive change process and persuade individuals on the benefits of the process. These multiple and varied projects have developed and honed my set of leadership skills, team building expertise and credibility with clients.
