I consider myself a "resultant". I specialize in helping my clients build their internal resultant capacity through mentoring and support services. My approach to business process management is unique in that I have a working "framework" for Agile BPR that I have used successfully on a major reengineering initiative. The "framework" is geared to achieve and implement redesigned processes quickly. This approach has helped my clients break through analysis paralysis and significantly increase their capacity to reach their desired target state quickly.
I have worked in IT for the past 30 years and am a CSM and PMP. I love the changes I have seen over the past few years. The OpenAgile concept is of great interest to me from the BPR perspective. Count me in!
