Mar. 2009 to Current - Rolling out a version of Scrum at Open Text called IDP. Training and coaching teams on IDP along with two other team members. We also coach teams on Test Driven Development and removing wasteful activies.

Dec. 2007 to Mar. 2009 - Worked at Primal Fusion in Waterloo as a ScrumMaster and working with teams through Scrum and Extreme Programming.

May 2004 to Dec. 2007 - Started as QA analyst at Open Text and moved into a QA management position. Process at the time was Waterfall.
